The US4in1 is a vertically operating, fully automatic forming, filling and sealing machine for the production of tobacco-free nicotine pouches. This system is known by the abbreviation VFFS. Various non-woven fabrics can be applied on our machines.

The US4in1 system has its origins in the tubular bag industry, for example for sugar sticks or the like, and is a proven and tested filling form that has served as the basis for snus production for many years. In a first step the fabric fed from the reel is pulled down and wrapped around the filling pipes, longitudinally welded, filled, crosswelded and cut. The US4i1 is a machine with four parallel filling lanes. It is space-saving and efficient.

The US4in1 is our best-selling machine with a capacity of 180 - 200 pouches per minute, and we are constantly working on increasing the output while maintaining the same sealing quality. Up to 6 machines can be connected in series in one line, which is equal to a volume of up to 1200 pouches per minute.

By filling only one filling pipe, we achieve a higher output of pouches per lane and minute. 250 - 300 pouches per minute are the rule, whereby we are constantly working on increasing the volume while maintaining the same sealing quality. Up to six machines can be connected in series, enabling us to achieve an output of up to 1800 pouches per minute.

The ideal R&D machine for the production of small sample batches. It enables you to produce 1:1 pouches if, for example, a customer wants a new flavor, intensity or moisture of the mass. Let your production line run, while you develop new products on the Lab Machine. The SK 40 is available as a hot heat- or ultrasonic sealing machine.

Based on VFFS technology, you can produce up to 40 bags per minute on the SK 40 while the large machine continues to produce. Enjoy this option at an affordable price.

Top, side and base labels applied precisely to your can in a single pass. Top and base labels with a diameter of 60 - 70 mm and side labels with a height of 11 - 22 mm can be applied. Setup is quick and easy. A roll change takes less than 2 minutes. An optionally available camera system controls the precise application of the labels. Tolerance +/- 0.5 mm. Speed without vision system 50 cans per minute, with vision system 40 cans per minute.

For bundling and shrinking your sales units. 5 or 10 cans can be bundled and shrink-wrapped. The cans are fed in individually, stacked, wrapped in shrink film and heat-shrunk. Capacity up to 20 stacks of 10 per minute.

Our solution for mixing your compound. Depending on the volume of the mixer, between 50 and 500 kg of base can be mixed, enriched and moistened. Matching pumps round off our range.

Vibrating sieve for loosening up the base produced in our mixer consisting of cellulose, nicotine, flavoring water, etc. This optimizes the flowability of the mass and eliminates lumps. The contents of a 1000ltr mixer are sieved within minutes. A MUST.

The low-cost solution for quick and safe filling of the mixer with the dry cellulose to be moistened. Volume up to 500 kg in 5 minutes.
